Once you contact us, we will set up a consultation appointment. If you are located out of the Toledo area, we can schedule a conference call. We will discuss the scope of your project, tastes, likes and dislikes at this time. Depending on your needs, there is a flat design fee that relates to the parameters of the project. This fee will be quoted to you at this time. We will then create two concepts based on your input.

Beyond that, there will be a per unit fee, that depends on the material costs and handwork involved to create the chosen concept. Once your concept is chosen, we will calculate an exact unit cost for you. The option of you doing your own hand assembly is available, and can help to cut down on costs.

All fees and costs associated with your project will be billed to you upon or after receipt of your finished goods. For out of town customers, all shipping costs will be included with your bill. You will have 30 days upon receipt of your bill to make your payment.
